REFUND POLICY

We have a NO REFUND policy.

RETURNS
We have a NO RETURN policy unless your product arrives damaged or defective in any manner, in which case you will be eligible for an EXCHANGE within 48 hours of receiving your package. After 48 hours of receiving your package, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange. We urge you to open and inspect your package contents as soon as possible after delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, please provide a photo of the damaged item(s) along with the original packing slip via email to our staff at funsoapcompany@gmail.com as soon as possible with a brief description. After review, we will contact you with instructions on returning the item(s) and steps that will be taken to have your item(s) replaced. In an effort to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any return of products for reasons other than damage or defectiveness.
